Hospitals Professional Education

Sleep Services of America strives to elevate the level of education available to sleep professionals through publically offered courses and internal continuing education.

       The Community College of Baltimore County offers a CAAHEP-Accredited CoA-PSG                     certificate in Polysomnography

This training series meets Maryland statutory requirements for education leading to a license in polysomnography. This partially on-line sleep technician training series is available through a partnership between Sleep Services of American and the Community College of Baltimore County. Students complete a 13 month didactic and clinical training rotation at local hospitals. Respiratory therapists and Electroneurodiagnostic technicians may be eligible for a fast track add on.

         MASSM – Mid Atlantic Sleep School of Medicine

MASSM offers a two week intensive training course for technologist and physicians seeking specific training in Clinical Polysomnography and the field of Sleep medicine. Course located in Mt.
